Xgates Xtensions Leeds

"Jono and Dave built a ground floor rear extension on my house. Couldn't be happier. Arrived when they said they would, excellent workmanship and came in on budget. They also recommended other trades so took the worry out of the next phase of the buid. I can't recommend them highly enough. And just in case you need to know, Dave loves strawberry tarts and Jono is partial to a mince pie with there cuppa."

"Mark’s professional attitude, attention to detail and enthusiasm to get the job done right were my main reasons for choosing Xgates extensions to complete my extension. He has helped me create my dream home and I couldn't be happier with the end result."

"Mark, Dave and Lucas were brilliant. They work efficiently, turn up on time and in all weathers. Mark offered suggestions to improve our design which turned out beautifully. They come highly recommended!"

"Back in 2017 Jonno built my house. He was excellent to work with and completed the job on time. If I was to do another self build I would not hesitate to use him."

"I cannot recommend Xgates Xtensions enough, what an amazing job they did on my extension. Great value for money and done within a few weeks , earlier than agreed . I have to say when we look at converting the loft , in the next 18 months , they will get called. Lovely small team , who are personable , hardworking and reliable."
