Customer Reviews
"We've used Wharfedale Cooling at our business for a number of years, so they were the first company we thought of when we decided to install a small air conditioning unit in our garden room at home. From start to finish, the service was excellent. The installation was completed quickly, and Joe, the engineer, did a fantastic job. He was professional, friendly, and left everything clean and tidy. We're absolutely delighted with the result, and best of all, we now have a lovely cool garden room to enjoy. Thanks again to Joe and the whole team at Wharfedale Cooling. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them!"
"We called Wharfedale's out for a cellar cooler failure. The engineer attended at the stated time, he was very professional and very knowledgeable and gave a lot of good information. The quote for the annual service came through quickly and we have been issued with the engineers report. From the initial telephone call to the engineer's visit and the follow up correspondence, Wharfedale Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Ltd. have been fantastic. I can definitely recommend this company"
"We had our main display fridge completely give up on us. Last week. Paul came out did a survey to see what was needed and following a quote being sent we agreed to have it done. Paul arrived on the allotted day at 8.30 precise. He worked meticulously on it. Wasn’t easy on a very hot day. The fridge is now up and running and all is ok. Paul was polite and would have h and Wharfdale Refridgeration back each time."
"So, we have booked an service with their engineer named paul and i think he is very good in his job. They explained me the whole issue. I am happy with their services"
"Called on a Friday afternoon before a bank holiday weekend with a failed coldroom controller. 29oC outside and worried about protecting our food and impact on the coming back holiday. Immediate answer to my call and a proactive solution offered once parts and issue identified. Enginner (Mark what a star!) was onsite from 6pm until 8pm fitting a replacement controller on a Friday evening! An outstanding level of service and support, very impressed and grateful for such a swift and professional team. Thank you!"
