"Absolutely do NOT recommend this company. The level of unprofessional is absurd. I booked an end of tenancy clean 2 weeks in advance and I confirmed the service and price with them 3 times before the agreed date. They were supposed to arrive today at 10am and they were no where to be seen. I called and they were not answering until I called with a different number. They then said they would not do the clean unless I agree to a new cleaning price which was higher than what we agreed. They changed the price ON THE DAY. I then agreed and they said they would be here by 3pm. At 4pm some guy arrived who seemed unbothered, we took him to the apartment and he said he was going to get his machine and he vanished. He has not been answering and the company has not been answering. They sent text messages saying that their lines are busy but no response. They have wasted our time and are extremely unprofessional."

"The level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable. The booking was made two weeks ago for 10am, but the cleaner arrived at 1630, said he'd fetch his equipment from the car and then vanished. When we tried calling him, he stopped answering. This is poor service, and I would not recommend them to anyone."
