Customer Reviews
"Awful company. Ordered a disabled key ,from this company, money taken from account, then money went again for another key to a different address, contacted this company ,had was told I ordered 2 ,no I did not, ordered 1 ,which was delivered by royal mail, seen the lady post through letterbox. Do not use online and check your bank accounts. Very angry and annoyed. 1/07/2026."
"I needed to obtain keys urgently, I emailed on a Sunday with the details confirmed and paid on the Monday by phone and they were available on Tuesday. An efficient and polite service. Thankyou.😊"
"I went to buy a latch for a door handle and was helped out with some very useful advice. I would highly recommend going here for any lock related bits. The staff member was incredibly friendly and helpful!"
"They're just great 👍 and even refused taking payment on this occasion because I was kept longer than they wished! My own locksmith recommended me to them years ago for quality and I've always recommended others to go there ever since! ×"
"Lost my roof rack keys, without the number written down to buy a replacement. A few keys later, they managed to find the right one! Within half an hour, out of a possible 50 haha. Lovely staff and a pleasure to deal with, couldn't recommend more!"
