SolarFrame

"The young blonde lass - Sophie I believe her name was - very patiently answered a load of technical questions from me and my mum. She shoewd us an amazong demonstration with a heat lamp, showing the difference between double and triple glazing. And some wacky venetian blinds system between the glazing panes. AND aluminium frames that last longer. I've come out of there with 3 out of 8 of the brochures with all the technical details and am palnnong to get 4 wondows done this autumn. Great showroom, very professional."

"I contacted the company to arrange a conservatory roof quote but was informed that one could not be obtained without my partner also being present. I find this quite unusual and makes life hard work with work commitments so I declined to book an initial appointment. I am therefore puzzled as to why both parties are required for a standard quote."

"What a superb professional team SolarFrame are from initial enquiry to fitting our new windows including post fitting inspection leading to project closure. The Team, Sales(Sayub) Office(Catherine) & fitting team (Malc & Chris & Inspector Wayne) have been a pleasure to deal with. We highly recommend them & will not hesitate to use them again in the future. Thank you for transforming our home with quality products that now give it the WOW factor."

"weve had mark & steve on both our installs & we were very impressed with them both. very polite courteous & considering it was a dirty job they cleaned up after themselves as though no one had been. i would highly recommend solar frame from salesman rob coming to price up (no pressure selling or hassle),the chap who came to measure up, to Kat in the officeabsolutely top notch. highly reccommended 5* rating"

"Would not recommend using solar frame. We used solar frame as we trusted them and believed they would provide a 1st class service from start to finish, but they didn’t. We had 10 windows fitted and 1 front door. We were not happy with the door being fitted, had to ring up and complain several times, the fitters left gaps and I couldn’t lock the door as they left as it was that stiff. The originally fitters came back and made more of a mess of the door. See photos attached. After complaining another couple of fitters came out, and kindly after seeing the state of the door, offered to check the windows, to which he stated the handles had not been secured on properly. After another complaint to get the door correct, a 3rd couple of fitters came and checked all windows as some of these had not been sealed properly either. We could’ve probably got a cheaper quote from elsewhere and not had any problems."
