"We’d provisionally booked a boiler install with Steve and he came out twice ahead of our appointment (free of charge) to get us up and running when ours wouldn’t work. He brought our appointment forward at short notice when our boiler totally broke over the Christmas period. He’s very responsive to texts/calls, punctual and tidied up after himself. He talked us through how long the install would take etc and did it quicker than expected. We then had some unrelated plumbing issues in the weeks after install and Steve came out (again free of charge) and helped sort these too. It’s such a relief to find someone reliable after we’ve been let down by multiple tradespeople over the years!"

"Had a new boiler put in, and Steve was fantastic at problem-solving. The installation was a bit complex because I wanted no visible pipes between my top and bottom cupboards, but Steve handled it expertly. His brickwork on the outside of the house, where the extractor pipe was installed, was exceptionally neat. He went the extra mile to perfectly match the bricks, which I really appreciated. I couldn't recommend Steve enough. He is reliable, friendly, and has a great attitude. After a long day of working to get the installation just right, he even took the time to clean up the place. "Steve was great, he let us know that our boiler's flue was too close to the window and outside of regulations, we had never been informed of this before by previous plumbers. "Steve came to repair my central heating pump and boiler. He had to replace pump and literally take my boiler apart due to previous services (done by the biggest gas provider!) being done to a basic standard. He was very transparent with his costings, showing me receipt for parts used and, more importantly did not cost an arm and a leg for his labour. When I cancelled my previous home care agreement, it was because it had gone up to over £400. I know, without a doubt, that the work Steve has done has been done to a highly professional standard, which I do not think I would have received from the aforementioned gas company. Therefore, I would have no hesitation, whatsoever, in recommending him."
