"The service and repair I received on my boiler was absolutely exemplary. I was a tricky customer - it turns out that my boiler had never been properly serviced in its whole life, and it is in a very difficult to reach location, about seven feet up in the void above narrow twisting stairs. In terms of customer service, Nirow was friendly, polite and professional, and explained to me exactly what was needed and why, showing me which parts had worn out. He clearly took his time to check every single feature of my boiler, and found several problems with it that needed immediate attention.
