Installed Kitchen Units, complete rewire of kitchen eclectics, updated the plumbing, installation of new radiator, installation of new internal doors and tiled the floor. The team from Regent House Property Maintenance were great! Jamie & Lori kept us informed every step of the way. They were friendly, approachable and extremely flexible. The guys completing the work were also friendly and approachable and took pride in the work they were doing. We love our new kitchen so much!"

"Two nice, polite gentlemen came to my rented property yesterday to look at the gutters which are spewing water down the side of my house and leaking, causing mould in the bedroom directly under the leak. Will update once the work has been done and advice given to my letting agent. Here's to hoping they won't advise the problem is 'condensation' and advise repairs are necessary to prevent this happening again. From my visit yesterday, they are clearly experienced and have seen issues like this before"
