"Son signed a 12-month tenancy with this company and it has been a nightmare from start to finish. No meter readings were ever taken, and despite numerous requests, none of the essential repairs were carried out. The bathroom was condemned and completely sealed off due to severe mould, making it unusable. Throughout the winter, there was no heating, leaving him in freezing conditions. Proof in photo where owner pays for heaters and electric blanket! Communication is non-existent – I was passed from pillar to post with no clear answers or action. Even after six weeks, I’m still waiting for basic meter readings to be done. The owner, Derry, simply blocks calls and messages, (photo of blocked on what’s app) leaving tenants completely ignored and unsupported. If you value your sanity and safety, DO NOT rent from this company."

"Absolutely useless staff who make false promises and fail to deliver on anything they say. The flat itself is completely unliveable — the noise coming from neighbouring flats is constant and unbearable, making it impossible to get any rest or peace. The building is a serious safety concern. Drugs are openly present in the lifts and stairways on a regular basis. The place is constantly full of strangers due to what appears to be multiple Airbnb lettings operating in the building, meaning you have no idea who is coming and going at any hour of the day or night. Parties are a frequent occurrence, and physical fights between tenants are not uncommon. To make matters worse, there is no concierge whatsoever, no on-site help, no hotline, no one to contact when problems arise. You are completely left on your own to deal with whatever happens in the building. This is not a home, it is a poorly managed, unsafe environment that no one should have to pay to live in. Priestley Homes take zero responsibility for the state of their buildings and the wellbeing of their tenants. Save your money and look elsewhere.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​"

"Rented for about 20 months with them and it was nightmare. Flat in the very bad shape and the person who I was dealing was absent minded to say the least. Don't want to name her but it's clear from other reviews here. Had dozens of emails back and forth about all the issues few sorted few we learnt to live with. After everything done they sent me a bill of 300 pounds. Good thing that I had all the photos from begging and emails. Raised the issue with deposit protection and her case fell on the face. Awarded 0 pounds to her. Have no decency to apologise, hope they at least reflect on bullying practices."

Georgia Nichols has been dealing with me since I started renting with them and she has been of great assistance, she has never missed an email or contact and always ensured my living space was perfect and up to standards.
