"They visited the property, charged extra to “fast-track” the process, and yet never delivered the survey—not on time, not late, not ever. I paid for a service that was never completed. This is dishonest, misleading, and a total waste of money. I strongly advise others to stay away."

"Really great experience with Novello whilst purchasing a listed property in Leeds. We've honestly been so pleased with the whole process so far. Hannah was so knowledgeable and such a lovely person to talk to, and gave us all the information we needed to make an informed decision on the purchase. Hannah rang us the day of the survey visit to give us a high level summary of the report, before writing up an extremely detailed version with pics etc. It was nice to get that immediate piece of mind and ask any questions over the phone, as opposed to just reading the report. The report was extremely thorough, clearly written/photographed and well-balanced given Hannah's extensive knowledge of properties of a similar age e.g. "this has been noted but is quite common on properties of this age".
