Customer Reviews
"I called to request an EICR certificate, but the operator was ok to start with. He insisted on a £50 call-out fee, stating the rest would be charged only after they arrived at the property. I wasn't comfortable with that; I wanted a rough estimate rather than something so vague. When he claimed that no one could provide a quote without seeing the property first, I mentioned I already had a quote for £144 including VAT. At that point, he became rude, told me to 'go with that one,' and hung up on me"
"Only giving one star as does not give me option of 0 stars! Day light robbery for six minutes work and service from the company was extremely poor."
