MAXIMUM BRICKWORK LTD building and developments

"Jamie and his team have just finished our retaining garden wall and fencing. Prompt to price and stuck to the time frame given, clean & tidy and a really good set of lads Couldn’t recommend them highly enough"

"Jamie and his team built us a single storey extension in Cookridge, and we are really pleased with the addition to the house. He provided a transparent quote, broken down into stages and by labour/materials, and was happy to make a few small adjustments so we could see the impact of different decision on the overall cost. Communication was excellent, keeping us informed through spells of bad weather, delivery schedules, and project dependencies, so we could feel happy things were moving forward on track even when no work was being done on a given day. He responded quickly to resolve an issue when the roof was being knitted into the existing building and a minor leak was discovered, reprioritising other work and coordinating with subcontractors to get things back in order. We'd definitely recommend him for others and would use him again for other projects."

"Jamie built a garden wall for us and made some garden paths. We are very pleased with the result. Communication was excellent. Although bad weather hindered the progress he kept us well informed. Both Jamie and his labourer were tidy workers and left the area spotless. Thank you. Would definitely recommend him."

"Had Jamie brick up an unused doorway and he did an absolutely fantastic job. Was super helpful before hand in discussing the plan. Went out of his way to get the best brick match he could for my budget. Really happy with the finished doorway. Looks amazing wouldn’t hesitate to recommend or use again for any other building work."

"Maximum Brickwork built us an entrance pathway to our back garden, two patios with a brick barbecue area and replaced some fencing all to an excellent standard. We are highly delighted with all the work carried out and would highly recommend this company. We will certainly be using this company again for any future construction work and many thanks Jamie and Gaz."
