"When they didn't show up for the initial job they tried blaming me until I proved them wrong. The condition report they eventually priduced strongly "recommended" a full re-wire whilst in reality a new consumer unit was all that was necessary to bring the property up to satisfactory. When I asked for a quote for them to do that I was flatly ignored."
