"Not a reliable company anymore it used to be few years ago but now no one knows what they doing, customer service agent put phone down on you while you speak to them. Always has excuse skip is too heavy to lift off course it will be heavy for a small truck to lift a big skip. Always have to call again and again for collection then same size of same skip lifted by the bigger truck but wasted our time and labour whom we paying on daily basis as they cant do any work without empty skip!!! Been told skip was too heavy to lift saw in CCTV no one has tried to lift the skip have evidences!! Skip is not inch moved where it was left how it is possible to say skip is Too heavy when no has tried to lift. GET RESPONSIBLE STAFF AND CUSTOMER SERVICE!"

"Been using thus company for over a year, usually good service. However, had a skip delivered last Thursday filled the same day. Contacted LSS to arrange for it to be collected, agreed on Monday. Tuesday skip still here. Contacted LSS/Panda. The earliest date they gave me for can collection was 7th April as they are busy. This means the skip would be here over 7 day hire period and over Easter weekend. We are acting as storage for them!! Terrible customer service!"

"Although there was an issue where the confirmation email said between 7am and mid day and the skip arrived late with no comunicateion . There is no issue with the skip it's self and the staff are polite and friendly. I don't think this is a bad company, I think it was just a mistake or oversight. I'm ammending the review from negative but would advise them to update timings on confirmation emails and comunicate better please in future."

"I wanted to raise a serious concern regarding one of your company-branded vans. On my commute today, I was driving at 62 mph, but the van was aggressively tailgating me for an extended period, clearly indicating that even that speed wasn’t fast enough for the driver. It was an intimidating and unsafe experience. I would strongly encourage you to ensure that anyone representing your company on the road is a competent and responsible driver—especially when operating a vehicle with your branding. Driving like that reflects poorly on your business and puts others at risk."

"Easy and effortless online order system. I ordered a small 2 yard skip on a Wednesday and it arrived 9am Thursday morning. Really good friendly driver. I would definitely use again. My only critique is you get an email saying what you can't put in it, which for me sofas, empty paint tins and carpets is what a household is most likely to throw away. Other that I would recommend this service. 5 🌟"
