Customer Reviews
"Leodis surveys through Mark did a Level 2 survey for Bungalow looking to buy. From start of process very informative, through to receiving report all organised and on schedule. The price was also competitive for the survey. The report is very thorough, explaining areas of concern in detail with explanatory notes and photos. Highlighting needs to be addressed prior to exchange of contracts."
"Leodis Surveys were brilliant from start to finish! They booked us in really quickly, kept us updated throughout the whole process, and delivered an amazing report with fantastic drone images. The breakdown was clear and easy to understand, which made everything so much smoother. Highly recommend if you need a reliable and professional service!"
"Excellent service provided by a quality surveyor. We opted for Leodis Surveys after switching from another surveyor who could not provide a service for several weeks time. Though Leodis Surveys was slightly more expensive, the value was certainly realised as the service was undertaken promptly and the final product (Homebuyer's Report) was excellent. Would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a survey. Many thanks!"
"I can't fault the service I received from Mark. I was concerned that the survey couldn't be booked in in time, but the day after I spoke with Mark the estate agent called at 10am to say the keys had been collected for the survey. Then, within a week, a clear and concise homebuyers report was received. Buying my property has been trying, to say the least, but Mark and Leodis Surveys made the last hurdle absolutely pain-free. Good old fashioned excellent service! Thank you!!!!"
"I contacted Mark last week to schedule a survey of a property. Within one week of our telephone conversation, the survey had not only been scheduled but completed. The report is clear, straightforward and easy to understand, and Mark was incredibly polite and professional throughout. I would definitely recommend Leodis Surveys to anyone looking to get a survey done promptly and well."
