JPS Plastering

"This is the second job James has done for us, and once again we’re really happy with how it turned out. Our living room was well overdue for an update, and to get it done properly we needed the external walls boarded with insulated plasterboard, the remaining walls done in acoustic plasterboard, and the chimney breast widened. James gave us a fair quote, showed up when he said he would, and did a great job from start to finish. The finish looks fantastic, even the guy fitting our alcove cupboards mentioned how good the plastering was. We’d happily recommend James and will definitely be using him again in the future."

"Professional, reliable and high-quality work. I asked James to plaster a small bedroom and I’m extremely pleased with the result. The work was completed to a very high standard, with a smooth finish and great attention to detail. I found James online after reading the excellent reviews, and I’m very glad I chose him. He was professional throughout, arrived on time and left everything clean and tidy once the job was finished. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable plasterer."

"Have used James’s plastering services a few times. He is always polite and very conscientious. He plastered two ceilings for me this time and, as always did an excellent job. Extremely tidy with no mess left at all. I let him in and then disappear for the day, leaving him to it. Honest and trustworthy. Would definitely recommend without any hesitation. Steve"

"An incredibly skilled plasterer with the most professional attitude and work ethic I’ve ever seen in someone who works in the trades industry. James has plasterboarded and skimmed all the ceilings in our 3 bedroom house, including the cupboards. He even added extra wood to our floorboard area to ensure the plasterboard was sufficiently attached to the underside - such quality! Communication was excellent from the start to finish - first contacting JPS months before completion of the house purchase. James even started his work upstairs then in the kitchen so that we could move into our new home quicker :) He is punctual, detailed, tidy, extremely hard working and very polite. There was no standing around for smoke breaks, no wasting time - just right to work and extremely efficient at it! I would recommend James to anyone who is looking for impeccable quality at a great price. Thank you, James! Its drying beautifully ready for our decorator to start next week"

"James has just completed a large plastering job for us on an extension build. Couldn’t be happier with all aspects of the job - advice given, his honest and transparent working practices, his positive attitude when we changed the brief slightly (meaning more work and messing about for him directly), the great communication throughout and the standard he works to for cleanliness and detail were all evident in abundance. Moreover though, the finished quality of James work is top notch. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him and have do so already to a number of friends and family."
