"I booked a cleaning service based on the prices and description shown in the company’s advertisement, but the experience was very disappointing. Once the cleaners arrived, I was suddenly told there were additional charges for basic tasks that should be included in a standard clean — things like cleaning behind the bed, wiping the microwave, and cleaning the skirting boards. None of this was mentioned clearly beforehand. And not to mention the oven, I PAID FOR A BLOOMIN DEEP DEEP CLEAN BEARING IN MIND. £280!! Even after paying the higher price, the quality of the clean was not acceptable. When I inspected the property afterwards, the skirting boards had not been cleaned, furniture had not been moved at all, and areas behind the bed were untouched. Even the furniture that was easy to access still had visible dust and dirt around it. Overall, I feel the service was overpriced, misleading, and not carried out to a professional standard. I would not recommend this company based on my experience."

Even after paying £250, the quality was poor — skirting boards weren’t cleaned, furniture wasn’t moved, and several areas were left visibly dusty. As a customer, I felt misled and overcharged. I wouldn’t use this service again."
