HB Architectural Services Ltd

"Delivered on taking my list of wishes and creating a plan on how to include an ensuite in the master, create an open plan kitchen/diner and convert a garage to habitable space. Hannah added her knowledge to reduce works where possible and suggested changes that would benefit the overall layout of the house! Always friendly, gets back in touch fast and has made the process as stress free as possible!"

"Hannah listened to our requirements and helped guide us through what she thought would be feasible for planning. She had some great ideas for our extension and we were more than happy with the final plans. Thank you so much for all of your help and for the expertise and answering our many questions. Hannah was very patient and always responded to our messages in a timely manner. Looking forward to seeing the finished result!!"

"Wrap around extension Moortown. Hannah was patient, responsive and never rushed us through the design phase, we really feel we got what we wanted. Her recommended structural engineer was also great. Guided us through planning and there were no design issues through the build. Would highly recommend."

"Hannah drew up plans for a kitchen-dining room knock through, and creation of a new utility room. She was responsive and collaborative throughout the whole process, taking on board any points we raised and delivering on agreed timelines. And everything sailed through the planning process with no issues. Highly recommend to anyone looking for an architect!"

"Hannah at HB architectural services recently drew up plans for a single story rear extension to my property. I found her to be professional and knowledgeable in her field of work. She visited to survey and offered good advice at drawing stage and was able to inject her own thoughts and ideas into the project which we incorporated into my original design idea. She was transparent in her pricing and kept me fully informed at every step of the application process with LCC planning. She was responsive to any query of concerns I had throughout. I would have no hesitation in using her services in the future. Thank you Hannah."
