"Very very poor quality products. We have had 3 taps pack up within the first year and required replacement. We have had a number of sink items tarnished beyond belief. Finally we asked for a replacement of a shower head (which had been barely used and is a light malleable brass) and was told as it had an ‘impact’ (it hadn’t), they wouldn’t come under the warrantee for replacement. They state you can’t use any cleaning products on any of these items, which we haven’t. And yet they have stopped working or have become seriously tarnished within a year. I wouldn’t recommend at all"
"I have to be honest, I do have some doubts about the overall durability of Harrison bathroom products. They look fantastic for the price, but I've experienced several issues with different fittings over time. That said, their customer service is truly outstanding. Every time I've had a problem, they've resolved it and sent replacements free of charge without any hassle. In the end, great service really shows when things go wrong, not when everything is perfect. Because of that, I'd still give them 5 stars."

"I tried to exchange a unit we had ordered tin the incorrect colour. We had not opened the unit. It was 3 days outside of the 28 day period they allow. I offered to drive to Leeds to exchange it. The logistics department said NO. We have spent a number of ££££'s with this company!! Very Poor. I offered to pay a 30% re-stock fee as well. Disgraceful."
