"Gaz fixed a fault on our boiler. It wasn’t easy to identify the cause of the fault and he had to make several trips to us and for parts. He was really careful to show me the wear and tear on parts replaced and did not replace anything unnecessarily, including avoiding changing an expensive part before first trying replacing the connecting part, which thankfully worked. He is friendly, responsive and charged fairly."
