Chris did not disappoint, was here within 30 minutes out of hours, stopped the leak and back the following morning with the part needed and fully fixed. 1 night without heating, when I thought we would be without for a lot longer. "Had a great first experience with this company, helped with a potential gas leak and installed smart thermostat system. Unfortunately I contacted them a few weeks later about a water leak in the bathroom, we organised a date for them to come round and they never turned up or responded to my message on the day despite me taking time off work for this. They did apologise so I attempted to reorganise with a lot of flexibility on my end, they said they could come one week or the next, I said either was fine and they never responded. This was now two weeks ago and we’ve been left going away on holiday without time to get anybody else in. This happening twice is really not acceptable and the poor communication and no shows have dampened the first experience which is unfortunate as they did a great job."
