ATR Properties

"We used ATR at the end of 2025 for a kitchen refurbishment. We are so pleased we decided to go with ATR, everything went to plan and the space we created and end result surpassed all our expectations ! Everyone we dealt with catered for all our needs in a professional and friendly manner. From the moment Danny came around to give us a quote, the builders, plasterers, plumber, electrician, joiners, everyone was exceptional. The things that really stood out for us were: timekeeping, tidiness,(even when knocking walls down!), professionalism, sticking to budget, going above and beyond. Nothing was too much trouble. We were delighted that the job was completed in the time estimate they had provided which meant the kitchen was ready just in time for Christmas ! We would highly recommend using ATR and we wouldn't hesitate to use them again in the future (hopefully for loft conversion !) Thank you so much to Danny and the whole team for everything!"

"ATR completed a hip to gable loft conversion and a whole house reconfiguration for me this year. They stood out as a top notch company from the word go. Business owner, Aaron came across very professional when we first met, he had excellent communication skills, was very knowledgable at our first in person meeting, followed by a very helpful breakdown on email of what the project would entail from start to finish, with realistic time frames and a full breakdown of costs. This set them apart from the other companies that quoted, along with the fact that their specialism was lofts. Aaron continued to be contactable throughout the entire project and did regular visits which was really appreciated. Every person ATR deployed to work on the project was highly skilled and professional. Nothing was ever too much trouble. Everyone had time to answer questions and go through things in detail. I felt heard and involved at every stage. If there was ever any small hurdles as a project of this size can have, they were overcome straight away. I am particularly thankful to Danny who project managed things. He was always so upbeat and helpful, available to speak with and also very level headed - nothing phased him. A real asset to the company and I’ll always be grateful to him. Mark and his team did a fantastic job with the first stage of the project and the first fixes. Our original loft, built by my dad over 40 years ago was extremely solid, the team had their work cut out but they did a superb job. Mikey and team did a great job with plastering the entire house, they were efficient and the completed work was to a very high standard. Dave and Arran were excellent joiners. They fit my kitchen beautifully and Arran replicated some lovely intricate original features for example, around existing and new windows, all in solid timber. They look fantastic! Joe and team went above and beyond advising me on traditional style radiators and other fixtures. They did an excellent job with all the plumbing. Really clean workers and took great care and pride in all they do. Ryan and team who did all the stone work were wonderful. Their finished work building up the gable end was top notch and has already recieved so many compliments. Thank you so much to the three of them. Adam and his colleague did a superb job with the new roof. They were up on the roof through all weathers, including snow, ice, rain and high winds. They traveled around so many different reclamation yards to source a solid match for my original roof slates and hand cut all to size. This was particularly important to get right as we are in a conservation area. Thank you for all you have done, it looks wonderful. Paul the tiler had fantastic workmanship. He built a hearth for my log burner fire place and worked with two sets of very intricate patterned tiles. He gave some brilliant advise, helped me know how many tiles I would need, helped me narrow down grout colours. His work was to a very high standard looks absolutely beautiful. I’d also like to thank the ladies in the office, Jo and Kayleigh who were always so warm, kind, approachable, helpful every time I called, and on email. We’ve been back in our home a few months now and it’s hard to put into words just how grateful I am to ATR for transforming our home the way they have. ATR really do know what they are doing, everything is delivered to an exceptionally high standard. You can put your full faith in them to do things well and I can’t reccomend them highly enough."

"I highly recommend ATR for your loft conversion. Mine was completed in May 2024, taking about 8 weeks to complete (which would have been sooner if I hadn’t chosen to upgrade the doors throughout my house). The quote was stuck to and the quality of craftsmanship was excellent. Matty & Damo (the build crew), Phil the plumber and Andy the joiner were all brilliant. Any small snagging issues have been quickly sorted by the company owner Aaron and Kaye and Jo in the office. It is amazing what a wonderful space they have created and without having to take anything away from existing rooms. We now have two extra double bedrooms and a bathroom. I would use them again for any future building work."

"ATR - Professional & Reliable Company In the summer of 2023, ATR completed a loft conversion for us which has been completed to an excellent standard which we are absolutely delighted with. Work was completed on schedule as per the timeframes given by Aaron. Family and friends have visited upon completion of loft conversion and they have been highly impressed of the quality of workmanship and finish. Currently we're having downstairs work with an open plan kitchen and living room along with a new study room and shower room. This work entailed an extension and knocking down lots of walls! Noise was kept to a minimum and ATR have been very respectful of our property including ensuring the property is kept clean and tidy at the end of day. Work is progressing very well with completion due as scheduled in the coming week or two. Danny has been project managing and overseeing the above work and is an absolute star. Always on hand to provide advice and willing to source particular colour roof tiles through to door handles and switches. It has been an absolute pleasure to have ATR and their wonderful, professional skilled workforce working in our property over the last 6 months. The staff are very polite, friendly, courteous and respectful (also testified by our lovely neighbours!) and always on hand to give advice and support. A massive thank you to Aaron, Danny and each and every ATR member of staff who worked in our property. We have absolutely no hesitation in recommending ATR and have already done so with friends who are planning on having some work done."

"We were delighted with the work done by ATR to create our lovely loft conversion in summer 2023 in Leeds. The team were very timely, stuck to their quote, and always polite and friendly. Most importantly they’ve built a loft conversion (2 bedrooms and a bathroom) which looks great and we love!)."
