"Absolutely loved Ben! Arrived bang on time to check the lock, handle and sliding frame on my UPVC Patio door. He explained everything very clearly, showed me where the problems were and gave me choices on what to fix and what will last a bit longer. I cannot tell you how happy I was to find him after I had contacted 2 other companies, who turned out to be a scam! Price was clearly explained too, no hidden surprises, and not too expensive. I will always use and recommend 1st Defence."

"I have nothing but praise for Ben at 1st defence Locksmiths Leeds. When I initially enquired via messenger, I received a prompt response within 10 minutes, with a quote breakdown of parts and labour. Ben was here the following morning as agreed and did a great job in replacing my garage door handle / lock. He explained what was causing the current lock to jam and explained how it all worked. He was polite, professional and efficient, job complete within the hour. I was also happy that the price was exactly what I was initially quoted, no extra hidden fees which I have found with other companies in the past. It’s great to have a local tradesperson nearby if ever needed again, especially an honest and hardworking one. Thanks again for a great job Ben."
